Product Owner

Otoma is looking for an excellent and experienced Product Owner to join the product team of a growing startup and take part in developing one of the most innovative software products in the testing industry.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

What you’ll do as a Product Owner?

You will be focused on managing the product development from vision to execution

  • You will be focused on managing the product development from vision to execution
  • Deliver functional requirements by defining and refining user stories for the R&D team
  • Work closely with the PM, R&D leaders, and Product UX to ensure end-to-end high quality product delivery
    Participate in agile ceremonies, from daily meetings to grooming and sprint planning
  • Groom and prioritize product backlog in order to set the next priorities for R&D
  • Create product release notes and lead meetings to promote newly released features
  • Monitor product and business performance and act as needed to drive business success
  • Process customers feedback and hands-on experiments to identify weaknesses and organize conclusions and recommendations for a stronger product

Have you done this before?

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a PO role, preferably in B2B web-based products
  • Strong interpersonal skills leading and driving execution with cross-functional teams
  • Agile and Scrum come naturally to you, and you’re able to deliver high-quality work within short timeframes
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
  • Familiar with web methodologies for B2B with good UX and UI instincts
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized & very into the details while also focusing on what comes next
  • Overall understanding of technologies used in the product
  • Fluent in English
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with products from the software test automation market
  • Experience working with Salesforce based products
